Shipping policy

If Magic Singles Only is chosen as a shipping method, Vortex Games assumes no responsibility or liability for orders lost by Canada Post for this shipping type.  This shipping type is un-insured and un-tracked (as stated at the time of selection), so this done at the customer's risk.  Our post office cannot provide any addition information either should you feel the shipment may have been delayed or lost.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Vortex Games, all shipments of products shall be F.O.B. origin from Vortex Games (Sackville, NB).  Title of the products shall transfer to the customer upon remittance of packed orders to the chosen carrier(s).

For international shipments, we will ship orders Delivery Duty Unpaid unless the customer has made alternate arrangements with us.  The customer is solely responsible for all import clearance formalities and related duties, taxes other other charges payable upon the import of goods.
